Installing your software

Refer to the Installation and Configuration Manual supplied along with Flash Media Gateway software for further information

Uninstall your software

  1. Before you uninstall, close the application if it is currently running.
  2. Open the Windows Control Panel and double-click Add or Remove Programs. Select Flash Media Gateway, click Change/Remove, and then follow the on-screen instructions.

SIP Devices Compatibility

FMG has been tested with following SIP devices (PBX/proxy/router/softphone):

Issues fixed in this release

  1. When 2 existing RTMP-SIP calls are bridged by issuing moveleg command noticeable delay is observed at the caller end (# 2481734)
  2. FMG sends "-1" as hangup cause in response to RTMP hangup with 200 as cause code(#2514119)
  3. If Virtual Machine is installed , FMG takes IP of VMWare for SDP in 3PCC calls ( #2508842)

Known issues

  1. Audio glitches are observed at flash player subscriber end with Nellymoser codec if we don’t have sufficient buffer for playback. Unclear voice when transcoding to/from NM to Speex (#1879665)
  2. FMG Leg Service ,Aux Leg Service and Control Service on connecting as client have the 'agent' property set as "FMG Leg Service 1.0","FMG Aux LegService 1.0" and "FMG Control Service 1.0" respectively. This is irrespective of the FMG version in use.
