Noticed the Avaya IP Office stuff is a few years out of date so here's the latest 12.1 including AdminCD (Manager/IPO500 Upgrade files), plus the application server ISO (for upgrades/physical server install), and the VMware OVA.

Also has the 12.0 HyperV image which be upgraded to 12.1 with the ISO and I've included the latest J100 series phone firmware as that's now behind a service contract paywall.
