This patch adresses issue 383707 and issue 390076 by improving the thread-synchronization in classes RcpClientProxy and SequencerMessageManager.
The patch produces in addition a finer-grained logging in those components of the BVMS Central Server where the processing of the activation of a new
configuration happens.

Issue 383707 and issue 390076 can cause the problem that sometimes the Central Server service hangs after configuration activation.

Uninstallation of the Patch:
----------------------------
Logon as a User with 'Administrator rights' or as the 'Administrator' itself
Open 'Control Panel'  'Programs'  'Programs and Features'  'View installed updates'
Select the Patch in the list and press 'Uninstall'

or

Start cmd.exe with 'RunAs Administrator'
Run the following command
msiexec.exe /I {ABE97F4F-8AC2-FADB-EE7C-2512330CA006} MSIPATCHREMOVE={253D26CB-3991-4769-970F-D826E6C5B962} /qb
