Copy the ccc-ffr.1-2-2.exe file to your CCC server machine. 2. Extract the ccc-ffr.1-2-2.exe to obtain the CD image by double-clicking on the file icon in the Windows Explorer. 3. In the WinZip Self-Extractor window choose some temporary directory, for example c:\rdv. Click "Unzip" button. DO NOT UNZIP THE FILE ONTO THE DESKTOP!!! 4. After unziping, the following subdirectories will be present: CCC IPRV 5. Proceed to install or upgrade your software following the Administration Guide instructions. NOTE: Consult with the Release Notes for CCC 1.2 possible installation issues. =============================================================== Part 4: Build Number Information =============================================================== This release uses Cisco Extended Services version 2.2(5), and has been tested with Cisco CallManager releases 3.1(4a) 3.1(4b)spC 3.2(2c) 3.2(2c)spG 3.3(2) spA =============================================================== Part 5: Additional Release Notes =============================================================== CSCdy64643 - Instructions needed to preserve administrative information during CCC upgrade Before starting upgrade of the existing version of CCC, back out the file C:\Inetpub\Jenga\CUSTadmin.tem This file contains customized administrative settings configured on the "Configure Settings/Information Page" in CCC. After upgrade is completed, copy saved file back in the same directory. Using Apps Administration with Windows 2000 v2.3 or Later The Apps Administration pages do not work properly when Windows Hot Fix Q274450 is installed on a CCC server with Windows 2000 version 2.3 or later. To resolve these Apps Administration page problems, you can do one of the following: A.Download and install the Cisco CallManager Extended Services 2.2(5) Support Patch B software.
