CME GUI Version 9.0.0.0 which is compatible with IOS release 15.2(2)T
Please note the following files in flash need to be updated whenever you change the IOS Release for proper GUI application functionality. 
Each IOS Release has a matching GUI TAR/ZIP file posted to CCO for easy access when changing IOS releases at this location;

In order to enable GUI on CME 9.0, please add the following IOS commands into the router:

Router>enable
Router#configure terminal
Enter configuration commands, one per line.  End with CNTL/Z.
Router(config)#
Router(config)#file privilege 0
Router(config)#
Router(config)#exit
Router#
Router#write
