|
Displays the port number.

|
Errored block indicates that one or more bits are in error within a block.

Displays the number of errored seconds. An errored second is a one-second period with one or more coding violations at that layer or one or more incoming defects at that layer.

Displays the number of severely errored seconds. A severely errored second is a one-second period with x or more coding violations at layer one or more incoming defects at that layer. The value of x depends on the line rate and bit error rate.

BBE
|
Background block error is an errored block not occurring as part of an SES.

UAS
|
Displays the unavailable seconds.

Directions
|
Select Near End or Far End for the PM direction.

Intervals
|
Select 15 Min or 1 Day for the PM interval.

Select MS (multiplex section), RS (regenerator section), or Path, where applicable.

Refreshes the thresholds display.
