Description
Retrieve Tech Support Log
Retrieves data from the TCC2/TCC2P for use by Cisco Technical Support personnel for troubleshooting. Only retrieve a diagnostic file with the guidance of Cisco Technical Support.
Lamp Test
Starts an LED lamp test, which verifies that all the card LEDs work. Run this diagnostic test as part of the initial node turn-up, a periodic maintenance routine, or any time you question whether an LED is in working order.
