Welcome to Cisco Transport Controller (CTC) Software Release 7.2 online help. Online help topics, shown in the following table, provide descriptions of fields, columns, and actions that are available in CTC tabs, subtabs, dialog boxes, and wizards for the Cisco ONS 15454 SDH. For procedures and detailed information about CTC and the ONS 15454 SDH, refer to the user documentation, which you can access from the CTC Help menu. (See the User Documentation topic for more information.)

Help Topic	Description
CTC Views	Describes the network, node, and card views. If you are new to CTC, this topic will orient you to its basic navigational structure.
CTC Menus and Toolbar	Describes the options that are available from the CTC File, Edit, View, Tools, and Help menus.
Alarms	Describes the CTC Alarms tab and the functions that you can perform from it.
Conditions	Describes the CTC Conditions tab and the functions that you can perform from it.
History	Describes the CTC History tab and the functions that you can perform from it.
Circuits	Describes the CTC Circuits tab and the circuit creation and editing functions that you can perform from it.

States	Describes service states such as administrative state, operational state, and status attribute. Administrative states are used to manage service states. Administrative states use a status attribute to specify the change in service state.
