BLSR-DRI Options

(ONS 15327, ONS 15454, and ONS 15600 only) Use the BLSR-DRI Options dialog box to assign the primary and secondary BLSR-DRI nodes used to determine routes. In addition, if you are creating a BLSR to UPSR hand-off DRI, you can set the ring types involved in the DRI.

Item	Description
Primary Node	Sets the primary node for the DRI.
Secondary Node	Sets the secondary node for the DRI.
Primary Node #2	Sets the primary node for traditional BLSR-DRIs, which consist of two interconnected BLSR rings.
Secondary Node #2	Sets the secondary node for traditional BLSR-DRIs.
The first ring is	(Automatically routed circuits only) Sets UPSR or BLSR as the first ring type.
The second ring is	(Automatically routed circuits only) Sets UPSR or BLSR as the second ring type.
Use ring interworking protection (RIP) on secondary path	(Automatically routed circuits only) Check this box to carry the secondary spans on the protection channels. These spans will be preempted during a ring/span switch.
OK	Saves any changes and closes the BLSR-DRI Options dialog box.
Cancel	Cancels circuit creation.
