Node
|
Name of the UPSR circuit source node.
|
Working Path
|
Slot, port, specific STS (if applicable), and VT (if applicable) of the working path.
|
Protect Path
|
Slot, port, STS (if applicable), and VT (if applicable) of the protect path.
|
Revert Time
|
If Revertive is checked, sets the amount of time that will elapse before traffic reverts to the working path. The range is 0.5 to 12 minutes in 0.5 minute increments.

Switch State
|
Allows you to apply a traffic switch to the circuit. Valid entries are:
LOCKOUT OF PROTECT: Applies a LOCKOUT to prevent traffic from
switching to the protect path.
FORCE TO WORKING: Applies a FORCE switch to move traffic to the
working path.
FORCE TO PROTECT: Applies a FORCE switch to move traffic to the
protect path.
MANUAL TO WORKING: Applies a MANUAL switch to move traffic to
the working path.
MANUAL TO PROTECT: Applies a MANUAL switch to move traffic to the
protect path.

Hold-Off Timer
|
Sets the amount of time a path selector switch is delayed for circuits routed on a UPSR or BLSR DRI topology. In DRIs, switching contention might occur depending upon the relative switching speed of the path selector and the transmission delay on the alternative routes. The hold-off timer (HOT) allows you to change switch times to prevent the switching contention.

SF Ber Level
|
Sets the UPSR signal failure BER threshold.
|
SD Ber Level
|
Sets the UPSR signal degrade BER threshold.
|
PDI-P
|
(STS circuits only) When checked, traffic switches if an STS payload defect indication is received.
|
Show Detailed Map
|
If checked, changes the circuit view in the graphic area to show circuit routing information including source slot, port, STS, and VT. The detailed view also shows working and protect circuit paths.
|
Show VT Topology
|
If checked, displays any VT tunnels that carry the VT circuit. If the circuit is not carried by a VT tunnel, no changes appear when the box is checked.
|
Show WDM Topology
|
(ONS 15454 only) If checked, hides the TXP and MXP connections on which STS and VT circuits are routed, showing only the logical OC-N links. This check box is available only when circuits are routed on TXP or MXP cards provisioned in section or line mode.

|

|
