ES-IS RIB

Use the ES-IS RIB table to view the End System to Intermediate System (ES-IS) protocol RIB. ES-IS is an OSI protocol that defines how end systems (hosts) and intermediate systems (routers) learn about each other.

Item	Description
Subnet Type	Indicates the subnetwork point of attachment interface used to access the destination address. Subnet types include SDCC, LDCC, GCC, OSC, or LAN
Location	Indicates the subnetwork point of attachment location. For DCC subnets, the slot and port are displayed. LAN subnets are shown as LAN.
Destination Address	Displays the destination NSAP.
MAC Address	For destinations accessed by LAN subnets, displays the NE MAC address.
Router	Displays the OSI router number. Only one router is available for ONS 15310s and ONS 15327s. Three routers are available on the ONS 15454 and six routers on the ONS 15600.
Refresh	Refreshes the ES-IS RIB table display.
Help	Displays context-sensitive help.
