Node Setup

Use the Node Setup subtab to import the optical reference parameters from MetroPlanner. This allows you to turn-up the Node with the reference parameters that are optimized for the network design.

Description

XML area

Select xml file

Loads an XML file that is generated by MetroPlanner. Enter the path and file name, or click Browse to navigate to the directory containing the file you want to load.

Log area

Select log file

Loads the XML log that is stored as a file on a computer drive. Enter the path and file name, or click Browse to navigate to the directory containing the file you want to load.

Apply

Displays the node setup wizard. See the Node Setup Wizard section for more information.

Reset

Removes any edits made to the Node Setup tab.

Help

Displays context-sensitive help.
