Obtaining Smart Call Home

If you have a service contract directly with Cisco Systems, you can receive automatic case generation from the Technical Assistance Center by registering with the Smart Call Home service.

You need the following items to register:

• The SMARTnet contract number for your switch.
• Your e-mail address
• Your Cisco.com ID
