Configuring TL Ports

Private loops require setting the interface mode to TL.

Detailed Steps

To configure the TL interface mode using DCNM-SAN, follow these steps:

1. Expand Switches > FC Interfaces > Physical. You see the interface configuration in the Information pane.
2. Click the General tab and click Mode Admin.
3. Set the Mode Admin drop-down menu to the required status.
4. (Optional) Set other configuration parameters using the other tabs.
5. Click Apply Changes.
