Configuring the Initiator Version

Detailed Steps

To configure the initiator version, follow these steps:

  1. Expand Switches > Security, and then select IKE.
  2. Click the Initiator Version tab.

    3. You see the existing initiator versions for the peers in the Information pane.

  3. Click Create Row to create an initiator version.
  4. Select the Switches for the remote peer for which this IKE protocol initiator is configured.
  5. Enter the IP address of the remote peer.

    6. IKEv1 represents the IKE protocol version used when connecting to a remote peer.

  6. Click Create to create this initiator version or click Close to discard any unsaved changes.
