Firmware Feature Enhancement

V.110 Mica S54 Implementation

S54 Register has been added for Mica type support of V.110 connections.

Bit 9 = 0 (default)

Bit 9 = 1 (enable blind connect)

This is necessary for some types of ISDN Terminal Adapters.

Set s54=512 in CHAT string for V.110 Dial OUT, in Modemcap for Dial IN.
