Cannot Reset Physical Ports

You cannot reset physical ports if volumes are already mapped to Servers and Remote Systems. To reset and configure physical ports, remove all volume mappings:

  1. Right-click a Server or Remote System.
  2. From the shortcut menu, select Remove Mappings. A list of volumes mapped to this server or remote system appears.
  3. Select all volumes.
  4. Click Continue. The System Manager asks you to confirm.
  5. Click Remove Mappings Now.
Repeat for each Server and Remote System. Once all mappings are removed, reset physical ports.
