If you are using a proxy to SupportAssist, you will need to configure the attributes of the SupportAssist Proxy Server.
To enable the use of a SupportAssist proxy server, select the Use SupportAssist Proxy Server checkbox.
To configure the SupportAssist proxy server, enter the IP address of the proxy server, and the port, username, and password to be used when connecting to the proxy server.
