Select Prepare for Additional Storage Type to prepare this disk folder to use a different type of storage.
Depending upon the user preferences you have selected, you may not be allowed to prepare for some storage types. To change your user preferences, select the root of the System Explorer tree and select Configure My Volume Defaults.
It is recommended that you only prepare a disk folder for a single type of storage to optimize disk utilization and I/O performance. Only prepare for additional types of storage to address specific application needs.
