CHAP Authentication

Enter the CHAP Name of the remote Compellent port, a Target Secret value for the Remote Compellent Connection, and select whether Bi-directional Authentication will be used.

A Remote Compellent CHAP Initiator must be created on the remote Compellent Storage Center with a matching secret. When Bi-directional Authentication is used, this Remote CHAP Initiator must also have a Remote Port Secret value that matches the local Control Port's CHAP Secret.

Select Continue to proceed with the creation of the Remote Compellent Connection.
