Enter the name (and any notes) for this QoS link. It is strongly recommended to include the destination and bandwidth percentage in the name so the QoS object is self-evident in terms of destination and bandwidth setting.
If I had a T1 link to Chicago, and was using bandwidth limiting to use 90% of that link, I may name the QoS definition as "90% of T1 to Chicago".
