In Storage Center 4.1, the System RAID Setting allowed you to limit the RAID levels used by volumes. For the new version of Storage Center, this system-wide RAID limitation has been moved to the volume level in order to provide finer granularity for RAID level configuration.
In order to accommodate this change, the existing System RAID Setting must be applied to existing volumes. Making this change will not alter the RAID levels used by volumes, however additional Storage Profiles may be generated in order to apply existing RAID settings to volumes.
