The Time Settings wizard can be used to set and view the region, time zone, system time and the Network Time Protocol (NTP) time server address. In addition, the Time Settings wizard can be used to view when the last NTP time server update was received.
Select the region and time zone for the system from the Region and Time Zone lists.
If a NTP time server is not available, select Configure Time Manually to set the system date and time.
To utilize a NTP server, select Use NTP Time Server, then enter the IP Address or domain name of the time server.
If a NTP time server has previously been configured, the Last NTP time server update field will show the time of the last update. If a NTP Server has not been entered, the Last NTP time server update field will not be displayed.
If a NTP time server has been specified, a test is performed to ensure updates are being received from the specified NTP time server.
