The total capacity of the selected hot spare(s) must be as large (or larger) than the largest disk drive in the disk folder. If the largest disk drive in the disk folder fails, the hot spare(s) must have sufficient capacity to contain all the data that was contained on the failed disk.
Click Change Spare Selection. Make sure you choose disks to use as spares that are of sufficient capacity.
