Modify Storage Profile

Use this screen to modify the storage class selections for this Storage Profile. Volumes using this profile will use the selected storage tiers and RAID levels for writable and replay data.

If the "Only use standard redundant storage" volume default option is not selected, you can also modify the storage class selections for non-redundant and dual-redundant volumes. Select Non-Redundant Settings or Dual-Redundant Settings to modify the respective settings for these types of storage. Volumes using this profile will use the appropriate settings based upon their redundancy type.

What You Need to Know

Modifying this Storage Profile will affect how Data Progression moves data for all volumes using this profile.

To change the "Only use standard redundant storage" volume default option, use the Storage Management -> Volume -> Configure My Volume Defaults wizard. Changes to this setting will not be reflected in the Modify Storage Profile wizard until it is closed and reopened.
