In the event that SupportAssist detects an issue with the Storage Center, Dell Technical Support Services will attempt to contact you using the information provided here.
If you check the box labeled 'Yes, I would like to receive emails from SupportAssist when issues arise', you will receive email from Dell Technical Support Services when issues are detected by SupportAssist. This is independent of any email alerts you may receive by configuring an SMTP server on the Storage Center.
This is the default address to which replacement Storage Center hardware will be shipped should it be needed.
