Update Package Details

This screen displays detailed information about the components that will be updated by the current update package.

Component - The name of the component to be updated

Type - The type of component to be updated

Version - The version to which this component type will be updated

Status - The current status of the installation process for this component type

Update Count - The number of components of this type that need updating

Update Type - Indicates the type of installation available for this type of component. Possible types of updates include:

• Required - Updates that are required must be installed before any other updates can be completed
• Deferrable Service Affecting - Updates that are deferrable but service affecting can be installed at a later time, however they will require a service outage to install
• Deferrable Service Optional - Updates that are deferrable but service optional can be installed at a later time, and when installed may be installed more slowly without a service outage, or more quickly with a service outage.
