Description: The InfoTransferCap parameter defines the information transfer capability.

Values:

• 0x00 = Speech
• 0x08 = Unrestricted digital
• 0x09 = Restricted digital
• 0x10 = 3 KHz
• 0x11 = 7 KHz
• 0x18 = Video
