4.20.35. PrmT38TCFThrshld (Local Training Maximum Error Tolerance)
Description: The PrmT38TCFThrshld parameter sets the local modem training maximum error tolerance. If the error rate is higher than the value set, the call will retrain at a lower bit rate. The tolerance is set as a percentage of the bit rate.
