6.7. IPSET_USERINPUTINDICATION Parameter Set

Table 18 shows the parameter IDs in the IPSET_USERINPUTINDICATION parameter set.

IPPARM_UII_ALPHANUMERIC String Used to send user input indication (UII) messages. The PrmDTMFXferMode parameter in the .config file determines the behavior of this parameter ID that can be used to:

Send DTMF digits
Send message information that a peer can retrieve by examining the structure asssociated with the GCEV_EXTENSION event generated at the peer.

Note: For parameter IDs of type String, the length of the string when used in a GC_PARM_BLK is the length of the string plus 1.
