3.4.1. gc_AcceptCall( )

When using H.323, the gc_AcceptCall( ) function is used to send the Q.931 ALERTING message to the originating endpoint.

When using SIP, the gc_AcceptCall( ) function is used to send the 180 Ringing message to the originating endpoint.

Also, the rings parameter is ignored.
