6.4 Programming Tip When Using a DI/0408-LS-A Board

The gc_MakeCall( ) function serves a useful purpose when used with the DI/0408-LS-A board by allowing an application to take an analog loop start interface offhook. To do this, issue gc_makeCall( ) with only a comma character as the dial string. This takes the loop start interface offhook and generates a GCEV_CONNECTED event.
