6.4.2 IPMediaDevice::mediaNull State

The application waits for an IPMEDIAV_OFFERED event. Upon receipt of the event, it calls startMedia( ), which gets the media information from the local and remote media structures and calls ipm_StartMedia( ) using the information from these structures. The state transitions to mediaOffered.
