6.1. Before You Call
Before calling Dialogic to return a board, check to see if the problem is due to a mistake or oversight in the installation process. (For more details, refer to the troubleshooting checklist in Chapter5, Troubleshooting.)
Please be sure to have the log file of UDD test results and the board serial number handy when you call. This serial number is an alphanumeric code (for example, CZ001000) located on a label attached to the board.
