The IP Media Library API Library Reference
provides reference information for developers using
the IP media software to implement media services in
IP telephony applications. The library provides functions
to control IP media devices, start and stop RTP media
streaming, handle DTMF, and manage QoS alarms and their
thresholds. Note that the IP media library does not
perform call control or control the IP signaling stack.
