MSDE 2000 for BMS on Windows 2003(Server)

If you want to install MSDE on a Windows 2003 Server,
call setup.exe.

For upgrading of MSDE (from MSDE 7.0 to MSDE 2000), e.g.
when the server has been upgraded to Windows 2003 and a
MSDE has been installed before, use "upgrade.bat".

Security remark:
BLANKSAPWD=1 allows the password to be empty. If that
line is removed from the .ini file, a password has to
be specified. The correct password has to be entered
in the oamserver.properties.
