The issue here concerns the OPTIMUS class of SSD drives.

While firmware 3P02 and later addresses an issue with changes to an LBA which was followed by a power cycle of the OPTIMUS drive.

The act of upgrading the firmware does not retroactively correct any of the LBAs which may have been impacted and effected

by earlier versions of the firmware.

Even though the OPTIMUS drive has been upgraded to 3P02 or later, you MUST reformat the drive. However, the drive MUST be VACATED prior to re-formatting.

The reformat is necessary to correct any of LBA issues that may still exist on the drive. Please verify whether or not the drive had been re-formatted, if had been re-formatted

after the firmware had been upgraded, then no further action is necessary.
