INEX has found evidence that the array is running Version 3.2.2.MU1 and does not have P16 installed.

P16 MUST BE INSTALLED IMMEDIATELY prior to any type of node and/or array restart.

Per CFI 10976:

Any HPE 3PAR StoreServ array on which Remote Copy is currently or has ever been configured with HPE 3PAR OS 3.2.2 MU1 may experience an unexpected array restart while a node is re-entering the cluster. A node could re-enter the cluster if it is taken down for maintenance or during an online upgrade.
