Storage Navigator Modular Maintenance Tools are for use by authorized 
service personnel only. It can not be used or provided to anyone else including
the customer or end user. Use of this program for other than installation
and preliminary configuration constitutes fraud and a breach of trust.

This CD remains the property of Hitachi Data Systems and must not be
copied or left in an unsecured fashion. This program is not part of the
microcode and should not be left with the machine or customer or end user.
