Viewing and managing the storage system

This section describes how to navigate to your storage system information, create and download system configuration reports, and manage Device Manager - Storage Navigator tasks.

  Device Manager - Storage Navigator (HDvM - SN) provides a unified GUI for managing and optimizing the storage systems. HDvM - SN communicates directly with the storage system using a LAN to obtain storage system configuration and status information and send user-requested commands to the storage system.
