Clearing the cache in Firefox

If an error occurs in Device Manager - Storage Navigator, try clearing the web browser cache to solve the problem.

NoteThese instructions are for Firefox version 35 on Windows 7. If you are using a different version, the labels in windows might be different.

Procedure

  1. Click Tools Options.

  2. In the Options window, click Advanced.

  3. On the Network tab, under Cached Web Content, click Clear Now.
