System requirements

  • The hardware and firmware for the storage system must be configured and ready for use.
  • The parity groups in the storage system must be configured and ready for use.
  • Hitachi Device Manager - Storage Navigator must be configured and ready for use. See the Hitachi Device Manager - Storage Navigator User Guide for your storage system.
  • The license keys for the provisioning software products must be enabled. See the Hitachi Device Manager - Storage Navigator User Guide for your storage system.
