Monitoring the
ShadowImage system
Monitor the SI system on an ongoing basis to keep track of pairs and volumes and their current and past conditions.
You can monitor the system in the following ways:
- Viewing pair information for local replication.
- Monitoring ShadowImage pair activity and status. This includes the status definitions, the pair tasks that you can complete based on the status, and the tasks that you can complete for L1 and L2 pairs.
- Monitoring ShadowImage pair and volume details.
- Monitoring ShadowImage pair synchronization rates.
- Monitoring consistency groups.
- Monitoring pair task history.
