Device Manager - Storage Navigator does not start even with repeated attempts. |
Close all the web browser windows and then clear the web browser cache. Use the Task Manager to check for "hung" or duplicate processes. |

A network error occurred when you logged in to Device Manager - Storage Navigator. |
Close all dialog boxes and log in to the Device Manager - Storage Navigator again. If the same error occurs, check the network environment. |
