GAD Consistency Group Properties

Description

CTG ID

Displays the consistency group ID.

Usage

Displays whether the consistency group is used (Used or Free).

Status

Displays the status of the consistency group.

Quorum Disk ID

Displays the quorum disk ID.

Mirror ID

Displays the mirror ID.

Virtual Storage Machine

Displays the model and the serial number of the virtual storage machine.

Number of Pairs

Displays the number of the pairs registered to the consistency group.

GAD Pairs table

If the resource group to which pair volumes in a consistency group belong is not assigned to the user group of the user who is logged on to Device Manager - Storage Navigator, the pairs are not displayed. The number of pairs displayed in the GAD Pairs table might be less than the number of pairs displayed in the GAD Consistency Group Properties table.

Description

Local Storage System

Displays the information about the volume in the local storage system.

  • LDEV ID: Displays the LDEV ID of the volume. If you click the LDEV ID, the LDEV Properties window appears.
  • LDEV Name: Displays the LDEV name of the volume.
  • Pair Position: Displays whether the volume is the primary volume or secondary volume of the pair.
  • Capacity: Displays the capacity of the volume.
  • CLPR: Displays the CLPR ID of the volume.
  • I/O mode: Displays the I/O mode of the volume.
  • ALUA mode: ALUA mode information.

Status

Displays the pair status.

Remote Storage System

Displays the information about the volume in the remote storage system.

  • Model / Serial Number: Displays the model and serial number of the remote storage system.
  • LDEV ID: Displays the LDEV ID of the volume.
  • Port ID: Displays the port name of the volume. This information is only for identifying the LDEV ID when creating a pair. Therefore this information is not updated even if the path setting is changed at the connection destination.
  • Host Group ID / iSCSI target ID: Displays the host group ID or iSCSI Target ID of the volume. This information is only for identifying the LDEV ID when creating a pair. Therefore this information is not updated even if the path setting is changed at the connection destination.
  • LUN ID: Displays the LUN ID of the volume. This information is only for identifying the LDEV ID when creating a pair. Therefore this information is not updated even if the path setting is changed at the connection destination.

Path Group ID

Displays the path group ID.

Virtual Storage Machine

Displays the information about the virtual storage machine.

  • LDEV ID: Displays the virtual LDEV ID of the volume. If the virtual LDEV ID is not assigned, a blank is displayed.
  • Device Name: Displays the virtual device name of the volume.

    A virtual device name is displayed in a format that combines the virtual emulation type, the number of virtual LUSE volumes, and the virtual CVS attribute. Of the virtual emulation type, the number of virtual LUSE volumes, and the virtual CVS attribute, only the specified items are displayed. If these are not specified, a blank is displayed. If the virtual CVS attribute is specified, "CVS" is added at the end.

  • SSID: Displays the virtual SSID of the volume. If no virtual SSID is set, a blank is displayed.
