Clearing the cache in Internet Explorer

If an error occurs in Device Manager - Storage Navigator, try clearing the web browser cache to solve the problem.

NoteThese instructions are for IE8 on Windows 7. If you are using a different version, the labels in windows might be different.

Procedure

  1. Click Tools Internet Options.

  2. On the General tab, under Browsing history, click Delete.

    This will delete the temporary internet files, history, cookies, saved passwords, and web form information.
