To resynchronize a GAD pair by specifying the S-VOL (swap resync), the conditions specified below must be met.

Before you begin

• Pair status must be as follows:

  Pair type	Pair status
  	P-VOL	S-VOL
  GAD pair	PSUS	SSWS
  UR pair	PSUE or PAIR	PSUE or PAIR
  UR delta resync pair	No condition	No condition

• The UR pair whose volume shared by GAD S-VOL after swap resync must be a UR delta resync pair.
