Troubleshooting Data Retention Utility

If an error occurs with Data Retention Utility, the Error Detail dialog box appears. The Error Detail dialog box displays error locations and error messages.

The Error Detail dialog box does not display Hitachi Device Manager - Storage Navigator error messages. To find information about Hitachi Device Manager - Storage Navigator errors and solutions, see the Storage Navigator Messages.
