Use the HDP software on the HDvM - SN computer. A license is required to use HDP.

Since HTI uses a portion of HDP’s licensed capacity for its pool capacity, reserve enough HDP licensed capacity to run both HDP and HTI and to accommodate the HTI pairs or pools that you will create.

HTI and HDP pool-VOLs are also referred to as used volumes. The licensed capacity must exceed the total capacity of used volumes.
