Stopping pool monitoring manually
The Storage Administrator (Provisioning) role is required to perform this task.
Perform one of following to display the Pools window.
For Hitachi Command Suite:
On the Resource tab, expand the Storage Systems tree. Right click DP Pools of the target storage system, then select System GUI.
For Storage Navigator:
In the tree on the left pane of the main window, select Pools.
From the Pools, click the row of a pool.
Perform one of following to display the Stop Monitoring Pools window.
Click More Actions to select Stop Monitoring Pools.
Click Actions > Pool > Stop Monitoring Pools to open the window.
In the Task Name text box of the Stop Monitoring Pools window, enter the task name.
You can enter up to 32 ASCII characters and symbols in all, except for \ / : , ; * ? " < > |. "date-window name" is entered by default.
In the Stop Monitoring Pools window, click Apply to register the setting in the task.
If the Go to tasks window for status check box is selected, the Tasks window appears.
